Darrell Bickford - Account Representative
Have you ever met someone who breaks the ice by immediately handing you a cinnamon candy? Unusual, but it works for Darrell Bickford. "I've never met anyone I didn't like and it's just my way of being friendly."
Darrell is truly a pest control industry pro. He knows his business and works diligently to win the trust of his customers. He'll go to extreme lengths to win an account. He once had a potential customer mention that they would sign if he would bring the "Terminator" to their site, a reference to a competitor's advertising campaign. Undeterred, Darrell rented a costume, went back to the site as the Terminator, and immediately won the contract. Now, that's persistence!
A family man and all-around good guy, Darrell Bickford represents the essence of what our company is all about. Give him a call to discuss your pest control needs or email him at dbickford@aceext.com. You'll be working with one of the best.

Tom Pardi-Account Representative
Tom Pardi originally worked in the sales department of our old Greenlon lawn care division. When Greenlon was sold Tom left to pursue other interests, but he stayed in touch. As Ace continued to grow a need developed for an additional sales representative so we contacted Tom and he agreed to return.
In order to get back in the "Ace" mode of operating Tom was assigned to general pest control service duties for the first 120 days of his re-employment with Ace. During that time customer feedback was extremely good. "Tom has put a lot of positive energy into his work. His customers really feel like he is concerned about their problems and that he really gives one-hundred percent effort", says Pest Control Division Manager, Chuck Irvine.
"This field experience has helped me better understand what Ace is trying to achieve. This is a company that values service excellence", says Pardi. "This is a product that I will be proud to sell to my customers." You can contact Tom at tpardi@aceext.com.

Marcus Smith, Pest Management Specialist
Marcus Smith is one of Ace Exterminating Company's certified Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination technicians. You'll find Marcus visiting our many Sentricon accounts each month, checking the in-ground stations for potential termite activity. As we all know, the weather in southern Ohio isn't always 75 degrees and low humidity. But, in spite of the "dog days" of August and freezing temperatures in January and February, you'll always be greeted by the smiling face of Marcus Smith. His wonderful temperament is a real asset to our company.
Marcus graduated from Finneytown High School where he was an All-City running back for his school team. He still loves football and often you'll find him participating in flag football games.

Dan Finn, Pest Management Specialist
Dan Finn is another one of our "finds." He originally worked for a well known national pest control company, but wanted the atmosphere that a family-owned business offers.
"It's just more personal at a smaller firm. We are allowed more time with each of our customer accounts, which means more customer satisfaction and loyalty."
Dan's quick to share a laugh, but serious about his work and his service to his pest control customers. That's a great combination for success.
